1. Regular Exercise:

When we look at the achievements of others we mostly don't look at their hard work behind that success and people usually don't tell about the hard work , reality is Every body has to work hard to achieve and so do you. 

6. Engage in Hobbies: Participate in activities that you enjoy and that give you a sense of purpose or fulfillment. Always try to pick a hobby that will stay with you throughout your life.

7.Set Realistic Goals: Break  your tasks into small manageable  steps and set achievable goals. once you will achieve small set targets you will get a sense of achievement and this will act as motivation for further process.

8.Social Connections: Maintain strong relationships and stay connected with friends and family. Social support is vital for emotional well-being. But make sure your connections are such that help you achieve your Goals not those which lead you away from your targets.
